Jaro-Controls kan met trots zeggen dat de samenwerking goed is verlopen. ‘Hier bij Danone-Nutricia, wilden wij een beveiligde afstandsbeheer oplossing hebben, zodat het leveren van producten veilig gedaan kon worden. Danone-Nutricia fabriceert als enige in de wereld premature baby voeding. We produceren 600 verschillende producten, geleverd in 90 landen, goed voor het voeden van 3,5 miljoen baby’s per dag. De producten moeten aan alle strenge eisen voldoen. (Premature) baby’s zijn immers de zwaksten onder ons, en hierom willen wij alleen gecontracteerde netwerkactiviteiten van buiten af binnen hebben’, aldus Mike van de Ven Teamleader Industrial Automation, Danone\/Nutricia. Met de oplossing van Secomea kan het bedrijf toezicht te houden op remote access verbindingen in het kader van Cyber Security.\n\nGedurende de bouw van de fabriek in Haps is Jaro-Controls met name gevraagd vanwege hun specialistische kennis op het gebied van klimaattechniek en klimaatregeling. Jaro-Controls heeft al meer dan 40 jaar gecombineerde ervaring met het inregelen van klimaatsystemen in geconditioneerde omgevingen zoals productie-en opslagruimten. Zij maken daarbij gebruik van de modernste inzichten op het gebied van warmte en koeltechniek.\nVoor het op afstand beheren van deze klimaatsystemen en productiesystemen heeft Jaro-Industry, dochter van Controls, \u00a0een oplossing geleverd die het mogelijk maakt inherent veilige ‘end-to-end’ verbinding te maken met de vele regelunits die de nieuwe vestiging in Haps besturen. De oplossing is uitermate flexibel en heeft ‘presets’ voor een groot aantal verschillende merken regeleenheden. Het grote voordeel ten opzichte van concurrerende systemen is dat Secomea als enige in zijn soort aan de strenge IEC 62443-3-3 en IEC 62443-4-2 audit voldoet en daarmee ook aan de Industry 4.0 norm. Bovendien is het systeem via een zogenaamde GateManagerTM eenvoudig centraal te beheren waardoor er geen ‘losse eindjes’ ontstaan zoals bij andere oplossingen. ‘Met dit product zijn we in staat om de remote toegang op een secure manier te faciliteren’, verteld Mike van de Ven.\n\nVoor het verbeteren van onze processen is Danone\/Nutricia voortdurend bezig met innovatie, daarom is gekozen voor Jaro-Industry die de afdeling ICT snel kan ondersteunen met hun helpdesk. Danone heeft dan ook besloten om ook in de toekomst gebruik te blijven maken van hun diensten en kennis\n\nWe weten nu dat de facilitaire installaties en productielijnen goed ingeregeld zijn en veilig te benaderen zijn.
